ME LLAMA FARM

Welcome to ME Llama Farm. The farm is owned and operated by Margret and Edward Bender. We are located in Eastern Connecticut in the rural town of Lebanon.

We have owned llamas since 1990 and have been showing them since 1995.   We also do cartdriving with our llamas and  transport llamas  for hire.  Margret also spins llama fiber as well as knits.  Though we do not have any yarn for sale at this time, we hope to begin in the near future.  We are beginning to sell hat and scarf or hat and mitten sets, which are handspun and handknit..  Please contact us for more information. We also have llamas for sale.  Our farm's breeding objectives are listed below:

We always welcome visitors.  We currently have 23 llamas with  more due this summer and fall.   Twister now has many babies on the ground.   They are all proud and strong.  Pictures of some of these babies can be found on the baby pictures page as well as a link from the herdsire page.    I will be posting pictures of babies and new additions to our herd as they become available.  Please stop back and check to see what's new!

A new page that has been added to the site is the 2001 babies.  As babies are born this year, I will be posting their pictures here.  Our first baby of the year has already arrived.  She was born on 1/24/01.  She is a beautiful white with some silver gray markings.  Please visit the 2001 babies to see her.

We would love to hear from you!  Please feel free to email us at the link below.   And, before you leave, please sign our guestbook.
