Ear Crop Styles

There is no "standard" ear crop style for the Neapolitan Mastiff. In their own country of origin, Italy they use many different styles.

 

Bella Della Grotta Azzurra	In Northern Italy it is more common to see a Neo with a very short ear crop, almost a complete amputation of the ear.
Igri	Ears Cropped to an equilateral triangle  and standing up.
	In Naples Italy, it is common to see the ear crop that is longer with the ears buttoned over the top of the dogs head.
	Natural Uncut Ear The uncut ear is accetable so long as it is not longer then the lip of the dog.
