In my own research I have learned that certain registries are not
the best. In every registry there are champion breeders and there are puppy
mill breeders. In search of the Neo, I advise this:
Look for the "type" you like best in the neo. Research the health
problems found in that particular "type" or bloodlines you like and go
from there. This may require you to call and talk to many people, but can
be well worth the effort, to know what your getting into before you buy.
Sometimes the type or bloodlines you like may not be in the registry you
like, There are many was to search to see if your dog may qualify for that
certain registry. But I can not stress enough: In every registry there
are champion breeders and puppy mill breeders. To me it is more important
to see how ethical the breeder is than as to who the puppies are registered
with.
