THE K-MAX DALMATIANS!
WHO ARE WE???? The K-Max Dalmatians (Dals) are the Dalmatians that are bred, owned, trained, shown, & loved by Max Bradley & David Kemp of Nashville, Tennessee. We have adored and been adored by these beautiful spotted creatures since 1989. We began with pet Dals that we trained and competed in AKC obedience events with. In 1992, we purchased our first AKC conformation show puppy from the Paisley kennel in MN. That puppy went on to become our first AKC Champion at the tender age of 10 months old, CH K-Max N Paisley Northern Xposure, or "Winston" as we call him. Winston & "Amy", Centurion Amaretto Delight became the foundation dogs that we have built our program around. We are now showing the 4th generation of outstanding offspring from this foundation. All of Winston and Amy's kids, grandkids, & great grandkids that have been shown are major specialty winners, specialty sweepstakes winners, and Best of Breed winners. Since our 1st champion, we have bred & owned or co-owned 9 other champions, most of which were among the top class dogs in the country, and Amy was among the top 5 producing brood bitches in the country in 1996.
We are VERY proud of our spotted kids, not only for their good looks, but for their outgoing, friendly, and very stable temperments that have become a trademark of the K-MAX DALS!
We are charter members of the Cumberland Valley Dalmatian Club (CVDC), members of the Chicagoland Dalmatian Club (CDC), The Dalmatian Club of America (DCA) and the Nashville Kennel Club (NKC). Max is serving her 7th term as President of the CVDC, and David his 7th term as a member of the Board. Max is serving her 4th term as a member of the Board of the NKC, and is on the DCA Member Education Committee.

Meet Phoebe! Phoebe is Winston's daughter and she is sooooo much like her Dad! Phoebe is pictured going BOWinners and BISweeps for a 5 point major at the Atlanta specialty from the puppy class. Phoebe was a multi BOB winner and group placer over some of the top-ranked Dalmatians in the country, was the top-ranked class dog in the country, and was among the top 30 Dalmatians overall in the country from the puppy class as a class dog! As many thrills as Phoebe provided us with in the show ring, she has really outdone herself as a brood bitch. Her first litter by CH Cyncar's Whiz Kid of Croatia produced two wonderful champions that followed in the pawprints of the great dogs in their pedigree by being multi specialty BOWinners and BISweeps winners who will be featured here. FLASH!!!!!!!!! Phoebe whelped a litter of 10 puppies.....6 boys and 4 girls (no patches!) on 3/27/99. This litter is sired by the great CH Fireman's Freckled Friend (better known as SPOTTY) via frozen semen. We look forward to watching these youngsters mature!
