This page is dedicated to all animals who have left
our world and crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

Gone But Not Forgotten

Just this side of Heaven is a
 place called
Rainbow Bridge

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to
Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can
run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends
are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to
health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very
special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks
into the distance.
The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away
from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
YOU have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet,
you cling together
in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your
hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the
trusting eyes of your pet,
so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together......."

Samson
Boxer/Pit Mix
Born Oct.30, 1993 - Died July 1994
Samson was our baby, He was full of fun and loved every body
he saw.  He went camping with us, and found a rotten fish in the
lake.  It made him terribly sick fast.  We took him to the Vet.
immediatly, but his body could not over come the poison.  It was
a terrible day in our family.  I know now he can play in the
lakes without worry.  He loved it so much.

Rocky
Boston Terrier
Born Oct. 1994 - Died Jan 10, 1996
Rocky was our wild child, litttle guy was always into trouble.
Rocky was very small for a Boston, but he had the attitude
of a very large dog.  You could actually see the mischievous
coming from his eyes.  Rocky was ran over by a car that could not
stop in the ice on a very cold snowy day.  He slipped out and we did
not know.  Our light were off due to the bad storm and
every thing was a little crazy.  It was a sad day at our house.
We love you Rocky.

Missy
Boston Terrier
Born ? - Died Jan. 1998
Missy was a stray Boston, we tried to find whom she belonged and to no avail failed.  We took her in and she lived with us 5 years.
Missy had some bad emotional problems.  I am not sure if it
was due to improper breeding or abuse as a young dog.
We loved her all the same.  Missy I am sure you are at Rainbow
Bridge, sucking on a sock or toy, your favorite pass time.
We miss you.

Sam
Snauzuer
Born Feb. 1986 - Died Feb. 11, 1998
Sam was my boy for so long.  We have lots of memories to
keep in our hearts.  He was the best dog any one could want.
He could catch a bird better than any cat, I didn't like for him to
but if he were out side "Watch out Birds".
Sam is along
side Rocky at the pine tree.  I am sure my boys are at the bridge
playing together.  Be good boys. I love you.

Tosha
German Shepherd
Born ? - Died Feb. 18, 1998
We rescued Tosha 3 years before her dealth.  Tosha was the
the product of a back yard breeder and physical abuse.  Tosha
had a severe problem with trust, and aggression.  We tried
really hard to bring her around but the older she got the bigger
the problem became.  We had Tosha euthanized for her safety
and the safety of our other pets.  Maybe now she has found
peace.  I think of you often Tosha and the pain you must
have felt in you heart.  We all love you.

Fonzie
Pekinese
Born August 1993 - Died Nov. 15, 1998
Fonzie, Oh me,  what can I say except that you loved me and I loved you. You had to know Fonzie, he was a dog with a attitude.
He was given to me by his family whom were my neighbors and they couldn't do any thing with him. I was the only one who could and
he really loved me I think, I was the only person he did
like or could tolerate and that was only when he wanted to.
I  had to have him put down, as he  got older he would
just bite you for no reason. God Bless his little Heart, I hope he
is happy and at peace with his world now
All I know is that the people who gave him to me were good to him and they really tried with him and Lord, knows I did.

Daisy
Cocker Spaniel
Daisy is my best friend of 15 years pet.  Tammy adopted  Daisy
at a local shelter she loved her very much.  I introduced them to
each other.  it was a very sad day in our lives when Daisy went to
Rainbow Bridge.  Please visit Daisy's Beautiful Memorial.

Prissy
Silky
Born ?  Died August 8, 1999
Prissy is a beautiful Silky.  My very good friend Sherry adopted her
last year.  Prissy was her little girl, she loved her so much.
Prissy was full of joy and energy and a delight to be around.
She will be greatly missed by all.

Shalimar
Cocker Spaniel
Born ? - Died August 1999
Shalimar was also Tammy's pet.  Tammy rescued him several years
ago from abuse and neglect.  She taught him what love is.
He was a devoted pet and loved them so much.  His last years on
this earth were spent happy and free from abuse.  I know he
is happy at the bridge with Daisy.

Brandy
Boxer/Pit Mix
Born Oct. 30, 1993 - Died Oct. 2 1999
Brandy,  was my best friend Tammy's dog.  She was also
the product of my dog, many years, before I was aware of the
importance of spay and neuter.
Brandy was also Samson's sister, she was beautiful, the perfect picture of a boxer or pit or both.  Both breeds shinned in her body,
heart and soul.  Tammy and her family got Brandy
as a small pup, she was spay and taken very good care of.  Brandy died a very mysterious death, with no health problems and totally
fine the night before. We will always wonder why and what happened?  Brandy will be sadly missed, we can only pray
she is running, barking and chasing the birds and cats at Rainbow Bridge, but not to hurt only to play and have fun in her chase.
We all love you Brandy, and we promise in your name to carry on our dedication to the help the mixed breed animals.Visit
her memorial at http://geocities.datacellar.net/Petsburgh/5763/brandy.html

Daisy II
aka P.J.
Born ? - Died March 9, 2000

It was such a sad day, on March 9, the year 2000.  Daisy   is a beautiful buff/white Cocker Spaniel.  Her life was very full of joy,
since adopted by my friend Tammy, from the animal shelter a couple of years ago.  Daisy had been turned in to the shelter twice,
not because she  had behavioral problems but because she kept
falling into the hands of people whom were not dedicated to having
a pet for life.  Daisy was very chipper, happy go lucky and
never meet a stranger.  She quickly stole the hearts of
Tammy, Mark and Brittany and really every one else who meet her.
She would chase a bird as  it flew through the air as if she was
up there flying with it and nothing else mattered.
Daisy lost her life chasing a bird one early morning, as she ran through yards and streets. Daisy girl, we all miss you especially your
Tammy and Mark.  Tara, Nikki and  Crissy do too.
I know you have met Daisy by now at Rainbow Bridge and have
told her that  mamma, thinks of her often and now you are
there to play and you two can chase birds and butterflies together
.  Together you two watch over mamma and Tara.

Jake
Rottweiler
Born Spring of 1999 - Died March 25, 2000
I adopted Jake from a family on March 1, 2000. He was
a beautiful dog.  I have never had another living creature to touch
my heart and soul as quickly as he did.  He was perfect.  Jake had
several health problems.  At first I thought he was just a little wormy and not use to activity because of being tied in the city for his
short life.  I soon found out Jake had several health problems,
and had never had any shots.  I have dedicated a Memorial Page
for him.  I miss him so much. He was so special.
Jake I love you and think of you every day.
