Treasurer's Report  (Jackie Tuthill)
	1. Collections and disbursements
	2. Current balance
	3. Rebilling procedure
	4. Sales of property 

President's report - issues (Bob Tuthill)
	1. Walk-about with Noel Ryan and street supervisor
		a. We are last on sand clean-up this year
b. Payloader clean-up of leaves, etc, on edges (done)
		c. Traffic light at Rte. 9 and Gate House installed this fall
		d. Plan is to pave Gate House Road when traffic light is installed
		e. Stony Hill repavement currently on docket for next year (Heatherstone to Harkness)
		f. Brush on Stony Hill verges will be removed late this spring
		g. Rest of potholes and broken curbs will be repaired soon.
	2. Board walk-about of common land
		a. Potentially dangerous trees
		1) Between Hickory and Duxbury
		2) Behind Knightly's house toward Stony Hill Rd.
		b. Fire hazard - brush, limbs, leaf piles 
			1) Between Laurel and Aubinwood
			2) Dumping by residents of that area on our common land
			3) Egregious example on corner of Stony Hill and Aubinwood
				Meet with Echo Hill North president to walk-about and discuss above areas? 
			4) Small trees down near large field between Hickory and Duxbury
		c. Four examples of clearing of common land down to ponds
Three of those locations fertilize nice lawns - speeds demise of ponds
			Education of residents, and establish buffer zone on common land?
	3. Moss Lane dumping by residents
		a.  Complaints by two residents of that street, and known perpetrators
		b.  Ask to clean up, or we do and administer charge for clean-up and fine?
	4. Issues with renters
		a. Trash and noise issues
		b. Wooden platforms on common land - remove or we will and charge?
		c. Request owners/management company to  assure clean-up when student leave? 
	5. Three individuals interested in participating on our Board or Committees 
 
Architectural Committee (in abstentia report from Chuck Gillies)
	Completed requests and new requests

Grounds Committee (Bob Tuthill)
	1. Brush pick-up successfully completed, and piles smoothed out 
	2. Field and verges mowed.
	3. Edge of large field growing back
4. Path by pond in growing because not being used 
		Advertise existence of path?
		For items 3 and 4 above - spray with brush killer?		
	5. Pond edge brush - go ahead when pond low enough?
	6. Verge renovation
