Al-Faisaliah Centre
The Al-Faisaliah Centre will boast a 260-metre office
tower, with 30 floors of office accommodation. The Centre will
also feature a 224-room five-star hotel, 100 luxury apartments,
a multi-purpose banqueting and convention hall to accommodate
3000 guests and a three-level shopping centre. The whole
complex, in the heart of Riyadh's commercial centre, will
be surrounded by an extensively landscaped plaza with water
features. Construction of the Sir Norman Foster-designed
Al-Faisaliah Centre in central Riyadh for the King Faisal
Foundation began March 25, 1997 by the Contractor Saudi
Binladin Group.
