The 39-story twin-towers called Echelon
Square are the tallest and most prominent structures in
Sri Lanka. The shape of the office towers reflect the circular
shape of the Bank of Ceylon.
The project consists of a 600-space subterranean
car park, retail shops, a gem center and 66 office floors,
each with 700 square meters of area. All office floors
are designed with computer-raised floors which cater to
modem technological demands. Mechanical, electrical,
elevator and security systems will be controlled by a
computer-controlled building management system.
