Dave has a rare form of Parkinson's Desease and is therefore unable to work. When he is able to do anything he makes educational toys. His workshop is fully equipped and he has now made the facilities available to others who are not able to work, but are still partially able.
He is also active in the scouting movement, although he is unable to particpate fully at troop meetings. The scouts are also regular visitors to Dave's "shop", where he helps them with their projects.
The school is a small, private school using the Accelerated Christian Education system from School of Tomorrow. The school has a full music department. Our choir has sung at the local home for the aged and together with the Sunshine Coast Gospel Choir.
Pupils range in age from 7 to 16 and grades 1 to 9.
