The Basilica Shrine of the Immaculate Conception 1998
The members of the Slava Men's Chorus have been called upon to provide the chant for heirachial liturgies at the Basilica Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. From the etheral solemn melodies of the Panahida to the jubilant response of the Liturgy, the Chorus has set the tone for the religious rememberance and celebrations. As most listeners can attest, the feeling of the music expands throughout the chamber surrounding the listeners. In this picture, the chorus sings as the liturgy is conducted.
