THE PROSESS OF BUILDING

  1. After foundation works have been completed.
  2. When preparations for the pouring of the ground floor are completed.
  3. Before casting the security room walls and ceiling.
  4. When preparations for the pouring of the first floor are completed.
  5. On completion of the frame works.
  6. Before implementing roof coverage.
  7. When the roof is finished.
  8. While implementing roof insulation (flat roofs).

9a. With the finish of the preparations of electricity, plumbing, water.

Installing wood and aluminum frame works and windowsills.

9b. Before the beginning of interior plaster works.

10a. Before beginning of exterior plaster works

10b. After the finish of laying and sealing the Jerusalem stone.

11. With the finish of plaster works, Before painting.

12. On completion of placing sewage/water/electric pips under flooring.

13. With the completion of flooring and tiling works.

14. When installing aluminum windows and exterior doors in finished.

15. When paint works are completed.

16. After installing electric, plumbing and installation fixings.

17. When installing of solar, air-condition, intercom, heating, alarm and

any other system ordered, is completed.

18. After the installment of kitchen, bathroom and any other cupboards.

19. “First Handing” – When the contractor notifies that the flat/house is

ready for “First Inspection” of the Supervisor – interior doors are all

installed, the electric, water, solar and sewage system are in working -

condition, outdoor works are done, the property is clean of building -

materials, and the contractor thinks “the job is done”.

During the First Handing, a protocol is written by the Supervisor (Me).

20. “Last Handing”, When the Initiator (Who ever you signed the contract

with) notifies the consumer in writing, that the unit is ready, including

ground and street works. Government and Municipality permits have

been given, the property is clean, all systems are in working condition,

have been checked and given authorization and guarantee by installers

or producers. All rejects from the first protocol are mended. Another

protocol is written by the Supervisor and the key is given to the owner.
