It gives a great pleasure to convey my cordial greetings to the Readers on the opportunity to introduce Minahasa's ethnical & traditional architectural woody houses of new design .

In a world of complexity that we are living to day, we sense a different need among certain group
of people who are requiring simplicity of new era of living style.

Our company, the one who anticipates it, comes to offer you such a different style of architectural . The Minahasa's traditional houses with its fascinating architectural as well as its  modifacation could help to answer the needs. With the unchanged quality of raw materials as proven by the old community houses, we can also create and build other ethnical's houses and country   architectural styles. We hear to what they  are saying, we listen to the voice of their hearts and we envisage their dreams of having a comfortable home they needing to.

Accordingly, We design and build 5 standard types and the development to offer as of the basic design that could follow their dreams, so that they can create their home by virtue of the quality of life that they are longing for.
