Remove skin from chicken breasts and season with garlic salt, cayenne, and MSG. Arrange fleshy side up on rack in baking pan and spray with cooking oil spray. Place pan under preheated broiler until chicken is nicely browned, then place pan in oven for 10 minutes more to cook throughout. Let cool for 15 minutes and tear flesh from ribs into strips for salad. Arrange lettuce on large plate, then onion ringlets and red pepper strips followed by torn chicken pieces. Top with genrous amount of sesame dressing and finally chow mein noodles. Serve with your favorite soup and crackers. |
