Bridal Shower Held For Washburn Girl

WASHBURN -- Mrs. Albion Thompson and daughters, Jackie and Beverly were co-hostesses at a bridal shower recently for Miss Virginia Thompson in honor of her approaching marriage to James Humphrey of Washburn. The gifts were assembled under an umbrella decorated with pink and white crepe paper. Refreshments of cake and ice cream were served after the bride-elect had cut the first slice of the bride's cake.
