WINS SCHOLARSHIP -- The Washburn Teachers Club has awarded its annual scholarship to Miss Joan Holts, above, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Holts of Perham. The award is given to that student who posesses the highest scholarship and who plans teaching as a career. Miss Holts plans to attend Aroostook State Teachers College in the fall.
