BEST SPEAKERS - Miss Joy Parker and Robert Davis were named winner in the annual Freshman-Sophomore Speaking Contest held Wednesday at Washburn District High School. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merton Parker and he is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Davis, Both students are sophomores.
