Rev. John MacNeill of Bethany Baptist Church of Presque Isle was master of ceremonies. Otis Russell, chairman of the trustees, welcomed the pastor and his family.
Several pastors from the area were also present to welcome the Centineos. They were: Rev. Robert Hett, Advent Christian Church, Crouseville; Rev. Read Blackstone, Dunntown Advent Christian Church; Hev. George Budd, Colby Baptist Church; Rev. Linwood Welch, Blaine Baptist Church; Rev. Donald Switzer, Stockholm Baptist Church; Rev. E. Martin Clark, Easton Baptist Church; Rev. James Purrington, Mapleton Baptist Church; Rev. Gerry Cole, Bridgewater Baptist Church; Archie Craig, Eastern Maine field secretary of the United Baptist Convention. A welcome was also given by Laurel Thompson of Washburn.
Musical selections were presented by: Rev. Hett, Mrs. Pauline Helstrom, Crouseville Advent Church, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thompson, Mrs. Joyce Davis, Osborn Gregg, Miss Lorinda Plissey, Perham Baptist Church; Mrs. Charles Cousins, Baptist Church of Washburn.
