CAMILLE CHARETTE
Valedictorian is Camille E. Charette, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Camille Charette, Presque Isle. Camille has been a member of the high school band for four years, a member of All Aroostook Band for one year; a speaker in the Freshman Sophomore Speaking contest and Junior Exhibition Speaking; Girl's State Alternate; and office girl. Camille was assistant business manager of the yearbook, Northland, her junior year and business manager her senior Year. She participated in Dramatics Club, Journalism Club, Future Homemakers, and was elected to the National Honor Society in her Junior year. She is business manager for the Senior Play. Camille's plans for the future are indefinite at this time.
FREDERIC FLEWELLING
Salutatorian is Frederic Neal Flewelling, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilmot Flewelling of Crouseville. Fred has been a member of the band for four years, All Aroostook and All State Band, a member of the Dramatics Club, Varsity Club, Volleyball team, French Club, Science Club and was chosen Boy's State alternate in his junior year. Fred was elected to the National Honor Society during his Junior year and was a delegate to the National Honor Society State Convention in Brewer; played basketball and soccer during his four years. Fred has been accepted at the University of Maine at Orono in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture in the four year program.
Enola C. Hughes, daughter of Mrs. Enid Hughes of Caribou, will give the first honor essay.
