Prepared CD’s for restoration of Sargent Gallery - skylight details. Converted the design of a back of house renovation onto CAD, detailing wainscoting and decorative finish work.

Contributed to design and hand drafted the roof schemes to cover a mechanical penthouse.

Created all construction drawings for single section, and multi-section manufactured housing. This involved
drafting between 20 and 30 construction drawings per house. Drew almost everything that went into a
manufactured house from plumbing to cabinets, etc.Transferred to the Engineering Department where I created
the drawings that went into our manufactured home code compliance book. Kept the codebooks up to date.
Renaissance Builders, Greensboro, NC

Modified floor plans and created new floor plans for clients. Renaissance Builders dealt
exclusively with high-end custom homebuyer.
