Hi, I'm Tina Longa, the supposed "repository of the Longa family history" referred to by Josechu Pueo.

I was reviewing my notes and came across the marriage of Juan Montenegro y Vera to Maria Rubio y Villacampa. In it is stated that his father, Dn. Joaquin Montenegro, was an Espaņol Europeo from Villajuan, Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain.  I don't know if this info will be useful but I thought of sharing it with you as it's in your direct line of ancestry.  Cheers!!
