Hello everybody, and welcome to this LGBT- friendly web page. In an attempt to open people's minds in the still very conservative Romania, this is one place you can escape and express your sexuality without fearing any prejudice against you.
I am a 20 year old bisexual woman from Romania, and I am finally feeling good about admitting that I LOVE WOMEN!! I have been living in fear and denial for so long, that now I feel like going out in the streets and shouting it out! I think a lot of people feel the same way I did, and hopefully these pages will make you feel more confortable accepting every aspect of yourself.
There is so much that needs to be done in Romania to enable LGBT people to be out and about, but the fact that we are talking about it gives me hope. If we stick together and refuse to be shut up, we can do it!
I love reading, watching movies- I recommend some gay- friendly movies like "Better than Chocolate", "Boys don't Cry", "Girl! Interrupted". I am a student, so I don't really have too much time on my hands, but when I do, I like being with my friends, talking, and having fun.
