On Saturday 23rd we were booked in to Raffles hotel for afternoon "high tea". This was very formal but I was disappointed.. I had expected a Victorian type high tea but all the food was Asian and the uniform of the doorman was very shabby looking as was the hotel itself.

These tropical flowers we very different and the display looked good.
