Jackie’s Famous Mexican Dip

Ingredients:

3 ripe avocados
lemon
salt
pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 package taco seasoning
2 10 1/2 oz cans of bean dip

Garnish with:

1 large onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 small cans black olives, chopped
8 oz sharp cheese, grated

Serve with:

Tortilla chips

I. Prepare guacamole by mixing together:

avocados, mashed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teas salt
1/4 teas pepper (black or cayenne)
garlic powder to taste

II. Mix together:

sour cream
mayo
taco seasoning mix

III. Assemble in layers:

Top Outline top with olives and tomatoes
Layer 4 Shredded cheese
Layer 3 Sour cream mixture
Layer 2 Guacamole
Layer 1 Bean dip

Serve with tortilla chips, beer and good friends!
