        - duct work rough-in completed

        - air exchanger installed

        - refrigerant lines installed

    » Porch ceiling beadboard and trim - completed

    » Painting

        - all wood surfaces primed

        - color selection complete (I think)

        - test colors applied

        - waiting for the weather to start painting this week

    » Plumbing

        - rough-in for drain and vent system complete

        - rough-in for supply side about to start

    » Electrical

        - garage window cutout and installation complete (needed for meter install)

        - garage west wall partially sided (needed for meter install)

        - waiting for the weather to do trenching for underground cabling

        - house still about 50% wired

    » Back-framing

        - about 20% complete

    » Landscaping

        - trees purchased

        - waiting for weather to do final grading and excavation for trees
