Here's a 69 cent tip:  you can buy a small adapter that converts your electric screwdriver/drill into a 3/8 inch power socket driver.  It's the fastest way to spin sockets without an air wrench.

The house first floor OSB decking is done.  The decking is rated "Exposure 1", so it is okay to sit out in the weather for a while during construction.   

Next, I'm going to work on the main level of the garage so that I have a workshop that is out of the sun and weather.  Also, I will be able to store materials there and protect them from the elements.
