Lamp Post  General Information

The Westview Village Homeowners are required to maintain the Community Standard Front Yard Lamp Post .   Homeowners receiving a violation notice from the Property Management Company have 30 days to remedy the violation to bring it up to standard.   Please refer to the information below for replacement or maintenance of your front yard lamp post.    

Many homeowners have mentioned that they have to change the front light post bulb too frequently. Here’s a suggestion you might consider to save time and inconvenience of frequently changing the bulb.  Install a florescent light bulb rather than an incandescent bulb. It can last over ten times longer than an incandescent bulb and they can be purchased for about $12-$20 from most home improvement stores. They normally don’t have to be changed more than once every year or 10,000 hours.
