French Bread
1 C water
2 tsp shortening
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 C flour
1 1/4 tsp yeast
Measure and place all ingredients into baking pan in order recommended by manufacturer of your machine.
Set machine for 'French'.
