4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts 16 oz. frozen cut broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 C bread crumbs 1/2 C mayo, or miracle whip 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 C shredded cheese (your choice, I use mont. jack) 2 TBS butter, melted
Cook broccoli till tender, crisp; drain. Arrange in baking dish. Layer chicken over broccoli. In small bowl combine soup, mayo and lemon juice; mix well. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. In separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 min. |
