Dinner Rolls
(makes 6 rolls)
3/4 C Water
2 C bread flour
1 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order recommended by the manufacturer.
Set on Dough cycle.
When dough is finished place on floured cutting board. Cut in 1/2. Cut each 1/2 in thirds. (6 pieces)
Using a small muffin tin, prepared with non-stick vegetable spray and cornmeal (if desired). Place each dough section in muffin tins.
Brush with melted butter or eggwash. Bake for 15 min at 400 degrees.
