1/4 C Olive Oil 2 cloves garlic 1/2 lb. Chicken strips 1 1/2 C broccoli florets 1 pk. sundried tomatoes, blanched 1/2 lb bowtie pasta 1 tsp basil pinch of red pepper flakes 1/4 C dry white wine 3/4 C chicken broth 1 TBS butter salt and pepper parmesan cheese
Heat oil in large pan. Saute garlic, add chicken and cook through. Add broccoli. Saute 2-3 min. Add tomatoes and remainder of ingredients. Cook 5 min. Toss Pasta with mixture. Add fresh grated parm cheese. |
