Pizza Dough

1 C plus 2 TBS water
2 TBS olive or vegetable oil
3 C bread flour
2 TBS grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in order recommended by the manufacturer of your machine.
Select Dough cycle.
This recipe makes enough for 2 12" pizzas.
I like to spray pizza pans with non-stick spray and sprinkle with cornmeal.
(If dough is too 'elastic' to press into pizza pans, let rest 15 min.)
Top pizza with your favorites! Bake 18-20 min in a 400 degree oven.
