Sweet 'n Sour Chicken

2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, split breasts
1/2 bottle (approx 1/2 C)  russian salad dressing, dark red
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 sm. jar of apricot preserves (approx. 5 oz.)
water, small amount


Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with a small amount of water to thick pouring consistency.
Pour over chicken and bake for 1-1 1/4 hrs. at 350 degrees.
