There are 7 luxury lofts, consisting of 2 one bedrooms and 5 two bedrooms. Sizes range from approximately 1000sf to 1500sf.

All the lofts were designed with an open layout in order to keep with the loft idea and preserve the historic attributes of the 18^th century manufacturing warehouse.  Keeping the ceilings and walls exposed with their natural brick and wood brings out the character.  We’ve also taken that into consideration when choosing our other features, such as bamboo floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. 

In addition to this all lofts have 1-1^1/2 bathrooms and their own full size washer and dryer.
