Set Up - Prior to painting, large furntiture is covered and moved to the center of the room. Wall and ceiling fixtures may be removed. Floors and loose items are covered with drop cloths.

Preperation - If needed, walls are sanded and holes are filled. Cracks in the trim are caulked. Washing may be done where required.

Painting - Prior to painting, repaired areas are primed. Finishing coat is then applied using brush, roller, or sprayer, depending on the surface and area. Special care is taken on lines between trim and walls. A second coat is available when specified on the contract. Touch ups are applied when necessary.

Clean Up - Full clean up is done daily and upon completion of the job. All garbage, including paint chips, is removed. Furntiture is moved back to original positions. Wall and ceiling fixtured are replaced. Floors and carpets are thoroughly swept and vacuumed. Emphasis is placed on clean, professional work.
