KZ and I  have been talking and we have come to this conclusion about teams.

The first team will consist of KillZwitch, Danimal, Seifer, Icon, and KillStyle, 
this is our "gunner" team.

The Second squad will consist of Mac, Sheep, Creed, Newd and Moose.  THis is our "thawing" team.

THese are just nicknames they have no relevance what so ever.

The final sub will be "withoutreason".  If anyone from either team cannot make the match he will 
substitute into their place.  Yes, that's BOTH teams, so if  you cannot make a match, please let me
or KZ know ahead of time so that we can substitute players as we need them.  Also if we play a six vs six
Reason will substitute and be the sixth player on both teams.

The setup will consist of this, as an example, we play DEA on Sunday.  The Gunners will play the first map, 
win or lose the Thawing team will play the second map, if we win both maps then the following match, say against 
XB, the "thawing" team will play the first map, followed by the gunners at the second, and we will alternate
this design until it fails, or flaws.  We are trying to be even and give everyone playing time, and we figured
this was the only way to do it.  If people do not show, or can't make it, we will make substitutions.  

If you have any questions at all, ask KZ or myself.

We realize that everyone has a life outside of Q3, so if you can't make it just let us know, even if there
is a chance you'll be late, or have other commitments, that's perfectly fine, we are going to try to keep the 
matches limited to sunday nights, if that works with everyone.
