Tips for You

Get a road bike if you don't already have one. Find a job to get that road bike. Pump up those tires. You'll go faster at 60 psi then at 40.
Deflate those tires and your ride will be smoother. Drink before you're thirsty. Eat before you're hungry. Adjust your helmet visor so you can see right.
When you fall (and you will) try to roll not skid. Learn how to draft. You'll like what it does for you. Find a training program that fits you. And stick with it. Try something new.
Spit into the wind and it'll all come back to you. E-mail DeDano with help for his page. He needs all the help he can get. Race at least once.
Find some good music. Try the Gaels But don't listen while riding. But they are good. If you like Celtic music.
Bonk hard at least. Don't burn yourself out. Not a pretty thing.
