What follows here seems to be the bane of my existence as of late! I
bought a house in January of 2002 ... of course I wanted to make *slight*
modifications here and there ... and that has put me on this seemingly
eternal quest of repairs/upgrades and modifications. What follows is a
list of some of my endeavors!
 | Looking at it - Here are some pictures of the place when I
first started looking at it.

| Taking Ownership - The work begins!
|
| Getting the outbuildings in shape - The outbuildings were
slowly decaying. I spent several weeks replacing rotted wood and
putting up siding.

| Horse Barn - The work begins!

| Bathroom Floor - The bathroom was carpeted ... the floors had
that not so fresh feeling. Replaced the subfloor and tiled!

| Hardwood Floors - OK, so an innocent trip to Home Depot for
some nails went awry!

| Garage Doors - This place needed some garage doors in a bad
way!
|
| Kitchen Tile - Spaghetti and Coffee stains - yuck! Added
a tile backsplash to the kitchen wall.
|
| Bathroom Shower - I needed to add a shower in the master
bathroom to prepare for our next project.
