This attachment is pretty easy and very useful (because then you don't end up carrying around this long stick.) Fitting it to your spudgun is a different matter though. The easiest way that I've discovered is to find two 8 1/2" by 11" sheets of thin cardboard (sort of half between paper and real cardboard.) Roll each piece around your ram-rod until they become curved. Roll one tightly around the ram-rod and then use a strong tape to secure it. Do this for the second one aswell. Figure out where you want the holder to be (a good place is on the "bottom" side of the barrel) and then use a strong tape to attach them there. There yah are! A genuine potato pusher holder.
This sort of extra is unusual and in most cases only for you "high-tech" rednecks. Pretty much all that it entails is that you aquire a laser, a good one setting you back around $2,000. It is possible however to find cheep ones around that are in key chains and other "novelty" items. Anyways, tape it to your barrel in some spot that won't be too obtrusave. If you are a big time electronics person, you can even wire a pressure sensative pad to somewhere else on the gun which will also activate that laser. A good one will project around 300m and is excellant in the dark.
I also have a source which informs me that you can purchase laser pointers from somewhere in the states for $5.00. Don't know where it is, or anything else, but the laser is dammed good! Shoots as far as the eye can see.
