EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:
D-Lo Brown (champion) vs. Val Venis
Pretty good match. Better than what I thought it was going to be. I looked in my crystal ball, and I see a bright future for these two men. During the match, Venis took off D-Lo's chest protector (which JR says he doesn't really need anymore) and tried to do a Money Shot with it. But the stupid ref accidentally knocked Venis off of the top rope. After that, Venis got mad at the ref and shoved him away. The ref DQs Venis. D-Lo wins and remains the Euro Champ. BTW, he's now listed as being "originally from Chicago, IL, now residing in Helinsky, Finland." Interesting, especially since he's never been to Finland!

3 ON 4:
The Oddities w/Luna vs. Kaientai w/Yamaguchi San
Before the match, the Insane Clown Possee sing the Oddities theme song as they come to the ring. Pretty good song. Never really listened to the ICP that much, but they seem pretty talented. Get rid of the clown getup though. This match wins the "Mismatch of the Year" award. Each member of the Oddiites are at least 300 pounds. No one in Kaientai is 6 feet tall. You do the math. Giant Silva and Kurrgan do a 4-way chokeslam (2 on each hand). Golga does a 4-way splash, pinning them all in one shot. Oddities win. The crowd wasn't really into the match that much, though.

HAIR VS. HAIR MATCH:
X-Pac w/Howard Finkel vs. Jeff Jarrett w/Southern Justice
During HEAT, Jarrett and SJ grabbed the Fink and shaved him bald, along with his mustache. That's the reason why he's with X-Pac tonight. He tried his best to give the DX crotch chop, but he failed miserably. Good luck next time, Fink. During the match, Canterbury (HOG) distracted the ref. Knight (PIG) tried to use the guitar against X-Pac, but he stoped him and knocked him out of the ring. X then used the guitar on Jarrett, and then pinned him for the victory. After the match, the New Age Outlaws, the Headbangers, and Darren Drozdov came out to hold down Jarrett so X-Pac can cut his hair.

MIXED TAG TEAM MATCH:
Marc Mero/Jacqueline vs. Sable/Mystery Partner
The Edge is Sable's partner. Another "mystery wrestler" letdown, but then again, we should be used to it by now. I didn't really see this match that good. A cricket got into my house and we had to catch it and release it into the wild (yeah, right!). But from what I saw, Edge hit Mero with a Downward Spiral (face first Russian legsweep), and then did a some kind of bodyslam utilizing Sable. Sable wound up splashing Mero and pinning him for the win.

LION'S DEN MATCH:
Ken Shamrock vs. Owen Hart w/Dan Severn
The match took place in a circular steel cage at the Theater at MSG. Didn't really see the purpose of it. Couldn't they just have it in a steel cage in the arena? Ah, well. Severn was there, but he didn't do anything to interfere. Shamrock winds up winning with the ankel lock submission. After the match, Severn turns his back on Hart and walks away.

TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:
Mankind (champions) vs. New Age Outlaws
The Undertaker says that Kane is not here tonight, so Vince McMahon talks Mankind into wrestling by himself. Bad idea. The Outlaws destroy Mankind, finishing him off with a spike piledriver on the Tag Team Championship belt, pinning him, and then throwing him into a garbage dumpster. The Outlaws are the new Tag Team Champions. Afterwards, Kane comes out of the dumpster, and it appears he hits him with a sledgehammer!

LADDER MATCH FOR THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHP:
The Rock (champion) w/Mark Henry vs. Triple H w/Chyna
Best match of the night. It had excitement, tension, and blood. It did get a little extreme, including Triple H performing a baseball slide into the ladder, making it go right into the Rock's face, busting him open. Great stuff. Here's the end. Mark Henry throws some powder into Triple H's face. Triple H and the Rock are on the ladder at the same time, going for the belt. Chyna runs in and gives the Rock a low blow while he's on the ladder, knocking him off! Triple H grabs the belt and is the new IC Champ! DX comes out to celebrate.

WWF CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:
Undertaker vs. Steve Austin (champion)
Not that great of a match. Kane comes out during the match, but the Taker tells him to leave. Highlight of the match was when the Taker sets Austin on the Spanish announcers table. Taker goes to the top rope and delivers a nasty legdrop on Austin, knocking them both off the table. At the end, the Taker tried one of his "rope walk" moves, but Austin countered with a low blow. After that, the Stunner was applied and Austin won the match. After the match, the Taker handed the belt over to Austin.
