1. Here's the start position. Palm up and elbow bent. |

2. Throw the yo-yo down, turning your hand over. When the yo-yo is at
the end of the string, just let it spin. Now your yo-yo is sleeping. Give it a
slight tug upward when your done letting it sleep. If you have trouble
throwing a straight Sleeper, try throwing the yo-yo out in front of you at a 45 degree angle. |
