"Sponging" is an extreme sport that can be seen almost anywhere around the world where waves break. Many of the pictures on this page are taken in New Jersey. Many pictures are taken in Bay Head, Manasquan Inlet, and Ortley Beach. And the other pictures are from the other great surf spots in the world.
