YOI - Look left, step forward with right leg,
Turn 90 left into ZENKUTSUDACHI, left hand GEDAN BARAI.
Step forward with right leg into ZENKUTSUDACHI, right hand CHUDANZUKI.
Pause, look behind over right shoulder.
Turn 180 degrees into right leg forward ZENKUTSUDACHI, right hand GEDAN BARAI.
Step forward with left leg, into ZENKUTSUDACHI, left hand CHUDANZUKI.
Pause, look left.
Turn 90 degrees into left leg forward ZENKUTSUDACHI, left hand GEDAN BARAI.
Step forwards with right leg into ZENKUTSUDACHI, right hand CHUDANZUKI.
Pause, look behind over right shoulder.
Turn 180 degrees into right leg forward ZENKUTSUDACHI, right hand GEDAN BARAI.
Step forward with left leg into ZENKUTSUDACHI, left hand CHUDANZUKI.
KIAI. Pause for count of three.
Step up with right leg, place slightly to right of left leg.
Cross left leg behind right leg, turn 180 degrees, breathe in.
Look forward, circle arms whilst breathing out.
Step forward 45 degrees to the left, into YOI, breathe in, circle arms, and breathe out.
