CORROSION OF CONFORMITY - DELIVERANCE (9.1 on the Richter scale)

This album is awesome, I mean I put this album in and just went… shit! It's not what I normally listen to, not really that heavy even. But it's just genius, New Orleans metal. Pepper Keenan (vocalist/guitarist) is excellent, cool guitar riffs, cool voice. The lyrics are catchy, the songs are su-fucken-perb and hey, meaningful too. This is metal for your soul. I know I rant but, check out this CD! The boys, Pepper Keenan, Woody Weatherman, Mike Dean and Reed Mullin are just excellent. I'm not going to analyse this cd any more. It's not either a you'll love it or you'll hate it cd, there's appeal in there. From death metal, to rock. This cd rocks major ass! Awesome trippy cd art too.

Highlights: Every song! Albatross, Heavens Not Overflowing, Broken Man.
