Tribe (Australian tour EP) - SOULFLY (4.1 on the Richter Scale)

I feel cheated. Although I saw the track listing (only 8 songs. 1 of which is the cd mix of tribe, 3 remixes and 4 live songs) I thought for 20 bucks it's be good for a big SOULFLY fan like myself. But, I was wrong, SF produce awesome, energetic live shows (some of you might have seen them at the BDO) But that strength isn't really captured in this CD. The sound is kinda sloppy, not a very tight recording. And I mean, what was with Ritchie (Dana Wells - Max' dead stepson - brother) singing the rap bit on Bleed? Hearing some little pre-pubescent kid rap didn't do it for me… An, I mean. WHAT THE FUCK? This is an Aus Tour EP but it was recorded at Roskilde in Denmark! I feel especially cheated. But by all means get SF's self titled album, but unless you're a die hard SoulFly fan I wouldn't recommend this CD.
