X-up: After you leave the lip turn your handlebars 180 degrees so your arms cross and make an x
One Footer: While you are in the air take your foot off the pedal and kick it out(start little and work your way up)
No Footer: While you are in the air take both feet off the pedals and extend them out, put your feet back on or you will be hurting when you land (start small and work your way up)
