The Hydro cyclone coolent Filters Removes both ferrous and non ferrous Contaminates. It works on the principle of vortex. The Dirty Coolent From The tank is pumped through a high pressure pump in to the hydro cyclone. Due to the centrifugal action, a vortex is created in the cone. The clean coolent rises up and the swarf is collected at the bottom of the cone. The hydro cyclone cone is made out of steel. Since there are no moving parts, it is maintenance free.
