step1-
ride at the rail, at a slight angle, with your feet in the ollie position,
and the fs 180 in mind.
step2-
ollie high(higher than you think you need to)over the rail, and turn your
body 90 degrees like a fs 180 ollie, this is one of the hardest parts of
fs lipslide, when i first tryed, my trucks wouldnt clear the rail, or i
would land in a messed up smith.
step3-
once you are above the rail( and turned 90 degrees), spot where you are
going to land, land and keep your weight centered over the board, and your
feet on the trucks.
step4-
once you are at the end of the rail, twist you body like you would a normal
bs boardslide to come out.
