The Skybytch was born May 5, 1965 in San Gabriel Ca. to Art and Sharon Briggs. Not knowing her true nature, they gave her the innocent sounding name of Lisa. She joined her older brother Mike, thus making this family unit complete.
The Briggs family moved to San Luis Obispo, Ca. in 1966. They remained there long enough for the Skybytch to complete the third grade, then they moved to the Central Coast seaside town of Cambria.
The Briggs family settled into a nice home on a large ranch. The Skybytch raised many animals over the next ten years, including sheep, horses, chickens, steers, pigs and rabbits, in addition to several dogs and "Happy" the pure white cat. She graduated from Coast Joint Union High School in June of 1982.
Her son David was born on Christmas Day, 1983. She has raised him with a lot of help from her parents, and today he is an amazing teenager. His interests include horses, agriculture and aviation. He has been the President of the FFA chapter at West Valley High School in Hemet, Ca. for the last three years. He is currently working towards his Private Pilot license. The Skybytch is incredibly proud of him if you couldn't tell!
The Skybytch worked for her parents in their many business endeavors until early 1991. She has also worked as a self employed skydiving instructor and parachute rigger.
The Skybytch currently lives with David and their Border Collies Dixie and Molly, David's horse General and two Suffolk sheep on a half acre just west of Hemet, Ca. She works as a sales specialist for Square One Parachute Sales and loves her job and coworkers.
