Peter Katz
This is Peter, he is 16 and he has been riding for 4 years. You can learn more about him by visiting his
homepage but you can see him ride Jay Peak on this page!
As you can see, at Jay Peak, the snow is there. Jay Peak has the best snowfalls in the east. It even some years beats a couple of the western areas.
This is a shot from the face as Peter decides if he's gonna jump the drop or not. This place is called "The Face" and it is one of the two extreme chutes of Jay Peak. This is very steep, there is lots of rocks and trees. When you look at it in summer, you can't believe that during winter people ride there!
This proves that Peter is not afraid of anything. Unfortunately, I don't remember the landing! I really don't know if he crashed or not.
Maxime Jacques
This is my other friend Maxime.
Maxime is a 16 years old rider from Sherbrooke. He has been riding for 4 years. This picture was taken in Jay's snowboard park. Hopefully, he will be back next season to ride at Jay!
