Mission Impossible

american paintballer           This page is dedicated to the growing sport of paintball. I am adding to my pages constantly, and I have 1000+ hits...one word...WOW!. I consider it a milestone. "You love me, You really love me!" I got my guestbook, please stop in and leave me a message. I will be changing the music frequently and as you all know I am working with java/java script, getting cool applets and games.

paintball, my addiction           The first paintball game started at 11:00AM in June, 1981 with 12 competitors (among those where Hayes Noel, Charles Gaines, and Bob Gurnsey, the most famous people for starting the sport) playing capture the flag (actually they had to capture 1 of each colors, blue, green, red, and yellow which there were 12 of). They shot paintballs at each other using special marking airguns (Nel-Spot 007's). Richie White happened to win the very first paintball game without firing a shot (we could all use a lesson from him, especially me) in 2 1/2 hours. Since then, the game has exploded into a multimillion-dollar sport with amateur and professional tournaments across the United States and internationally, offering cash purses and prizes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
